The city is a very recurrent topic in literary history. However, for more than a century, this microcosm has become the symbol of modernity, responding with very different ideological-spatial categories compared to tradition. The city has become such a hegemonic space that it has annulled the old country/city opposition in which the first element represented the aspiration towards a place of solitude or calm.Downloads
