Within the State Housing and Land Plan (2005-2009), two programs are contemplated to promote the rehabilitation of existing buildings: ARI and ARCH, which respectively stand for Integrated Rehabilitation Area and Historic Centre Rehabilitation Area. The declaration of a Rehabilitation Area entails the implementation of a subsidy program jointly financed by the three administrations — state, regional and local — aimed at the rehabilitation of properties.Downloads
