Abstract

Walking through urban space and reviving the experiences reflected in literary writing, invol ves the reader in a double displacement: the physical displacement and that of the remembrance by the visualization of the scenarios in which occur the actions. Both displacements concur in literary tourism, a type of cultural tourism originated after the reading of certain literary narratives such as Ulysses (James Joyce, 1922). The objective of this study is to analyze and establish the taxonomy of the different iconic -textual books that trigger the desire to visit the places represented outside the class ic visualization of the promotional photograph of the monument, to discover and participate in an aesthetic experience .
