El bosque y la colmena abstractos. Convergencias conceptuales entre el Serpentine Gallery pavilion por Sou Fujimoto y el UK pavilion por Wolfgang Buttress

Con el objetivo de reflexionar sobre la concomitancia entre la arquitectura y el arte, sus convergencias y posibilidades en la contemporaneidad, materializadas en proyectos-manifiestos conceptuales, se analizan en este escrito dos casos, el Pabellón para la Serpentine Gallery, por el arquitecto japonés Sou Fujimoto y el Pabellón del Reino Unido para la Exposición Universal de Milán, por el artista británico Wolfgang Buttress. Son pabellones que, procurando nuevos entendimientos sobre nuestra relación con el mundo/entorno natural, desdibujaron los límites entre la arquitectura y el arte conceptual. Se hace una exploración de las ideas que dieron origen y forma a los pabellones a partir de sus conceptos extraídos de lo natural; para (pretender) encontrar puntos de correlación que son discutidos en el apartado de convergencias conceptuales. Se concluye con las síntesis del estudio que están dirigidas principalmente a develar una práctica proyectual originada en la concomitancia entre las disciplinas.
